4 lbs. beef shank, with bone
2 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
6 cups beef broth
8 cups water
4 medium carrots, coarsely chopped
4 ears corn, husked and cut into thirds
2 medium head cabbage, cored and cut into wedges
2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
4 limes, cut into wedges
8 radishes, quartered
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons ground black pepper
2 onion, chopped
½ cup pickled
