Sautéing Tips
Sautéing, pan frying and stir-frying are similar ways of cooking foods at higher temperatures with oil. Sautéing uses oil to quickly cook smaller pieces of food at higher temperatures in a skillet or sauté pan. Food that is being sautéd should be constantly moved around the pan, either with a utensil or by shaking the pan to prevent burning. Pan frying is similar to sautéing, but it usually involves larger pieces of food which do not get moved around frequently. For
