Whipping Tips
Whipping foods adds tiny air bubbles that increase the size, lighten the density and change the appearance and texture of foods. Whipped foods are light and fluffy. Recipes generally call for ingredients that have been whipped until either the “soft peaks” or “stiff peaks” stage.
